Performance Analysis Manager

Location: West
Salary: up to £35,870 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

Purpose: To provide effective and efficient performance and unavailability reporting and management across the West. To provide contractual clarification and interpretation to local operational teams on routine matters. To oversee submission of funding requests (WARF) across the West. To manage monthly billing and barrack damage processes. and to assist operational teams with compliance with the contract and to provide clarification and interpretation as required. Key Responsibilities:
* Daily reporting and analysis of performance and unavailability using data from IFS across the West ensuring that the system reflects the current status.
* Responsibility for achieving day 5 close for performance and unavailability reporting for the West.
* Ensuring extensions to SLA are obtained by operational teams on a timely basis as required from relevant GMT
* Agree with the client and partners the final status of performance and unavailability failures and updating of the Performance Monitoring System accordingly
Experience & Skills required:
* Relevant and demonstrable experience operating within a performance/commercial environment
* Proven line management experience
* Good knowledge of performance/commercial and contract law
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent numeracy and IT skills

    Tidworth is a garrison town and civil parish in south-east Wiltshire, England, on the eastern edge of Salisbury Plain. Lying on both sides of the A338 about 3 1⁄2 miles (5.6 km) north of the A303 primary route, the town is approximately 8 miles (13 km) west of Andover, 12 miles (19 km) south of Marlborough, and 13 miles (21 km) north by north-east of Salisbury. The population of the parish at the 2011 census was approximately 10,600.Originally two villages – North Tidworth and South Tidworth – the modern town is dominated by Tidworth Camp, a large British Army site. Swinton Barracks, another Army site, is in the west of the parish.
