Overview
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner , you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic partner helping our leaders find, attract, and hire the best talent to fuel Yum!’s growth around the globe. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting expertise with consultative guidance, shaping the way we connect with candidates and ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding—for corporate roles across Yum!’s brands.
Build diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Yum!’s values.
Use data and metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire.
Lead and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition practices, from employer branding to process innovation.
Champion culture, opportunity and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process.
Consistently deliver against recruitment KPIs including hiring quality, productivity, and candidate experience to support team success and operational excellence.
Qualifications
6+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.
Strong sourcing expertise (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean, networking, direct outreach).
Comfort with recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS) and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to operate effectively across languages, ideally English with French or German.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
Hybrid Role: Requires onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday at our International corporate hub in either Woking or London.
