The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Legal Private Practice Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in central London. This is a full 360-degree role combining business development with candidate sourcing and screening, specifically targeting the high-value US legal market where fees command premium rates.

The Role
Business Development: Identify and engage with US law firms and legal practices
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop new business opportunities in the American legal market
Candidate Management: Source high-calibre legal professionals
Conduct thorough screening and assessment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement
What We're Looking For
Essential: Proven experience in legal private practice recruitment (doesn't need to be US Market).
Strong track record in business development and candidate management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial acumen and results-driven approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Advantageous (but not essential): Experience working with the US legal market
Knowledge of American legal practice areas and structures
Existing US legal network or contacts
