Human Resource Business Partner Work Location: Coforge London Office. The candidate should be in office 3-4 days a week Company Name: Coforge Ltd Website: https://www.coforge.com/ Human Resource Business Partner ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As Coforge grows, we are looking at a senior HRBP in the UK who is extremely enthusiastic, flexible hands-on, and detail-oriented. The role would be responsible for spearheading all HR responsibilities including, but not limited to: labor relations, rewards, and recognition, performance management, employee engagement, career management, change management, executive coaching, group dynamics, team building, and learning and development. The HRBP would be the single point of contact for one of our key acquired firms- Advantage Go. She/he would interact with all levels of employees across the business unit and partner with all Human Resources centers of excellence (COE) to support the business. Responsibilities: Human Resource Business Partner Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy and translates into effective human capital programs and practices that drive value Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs for the AdGo business. Implement effective engagement strategies and deliver measurable improvements in employee engagement & retention Administers programs including, but not limited to, regional compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; labor relations; disputes and investigations; engagement; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Partners with AdGo on workforce planning. Proactively identify staffing and recruiting needs. Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management Develops and implements departmental budget and engages in regular review of forecast against budget Role Competency - Human Resource Business Partner 10 years of prior experience in Human Resources in the UK Hands-on experience in all HR-related functions. Valid education degree in HR Good understanding of all HR-related policies and procedures in Europe & UK. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to address and present to small or medium audiences
