We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and passionate Waiting Staff  to join our Food & Beverage team at The Fish Hotel  — one of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning hotels, set within our beautiful hillside woodland above Broadway.
The Fish is all about relaxed, feel-good luxury… from cosy woodland dining to quirky luxury treehouses and shepherd’s huts. Guests come to switch off, enjoy great food and soak up the views — and our restaurant, with its 2 AA Rosettes, plays a big part in making that happen. As part of our Waiting Team, you’ll help deliver warm, attentive and memorable service every day.
🛎️ What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
Delivering excellent food and drink service with confidence and care
Sharing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean, organised and inviting
Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
Handling payments accurately and professionally
Supporting colleagues during busy services
Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene

ÂŁ13.45 per hour (rising to ÂŁ13.65 after one year)
40 hours over 5 days - Weekend working is part of the fun!
Plus a share of service charge
Meals on duty and uniform provided
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Weekend working required
