🕒 Contract: Full-time, part-time 22.5 hours
💷 Rate: £13.00 per hour + 10% weekend enhancement
🚗 Driving licence essential (Fitz Roy vehicles)

You'll be part of a small, close-knit team supporting people with complex needs to live life to the fullest , enjoy their community, and thrive in their own way.
What’s on offer:
Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
Part-time and bank roles also available (zero hours contract)
Typical shifts: 7:15am–2:45pm & 2:15pm–9:45pm
You’ll need to be available for 2 weekends out of every 4
What you’ll be doing:
Building meaningful relationships and empowering people to achieve personal goals
Supporting with daily routines including personal care, cooking, hobbies, and activities
Encouraging independence, inclusion, and choice in every aspect of life
Helping plan fun, fulfilling days at home and in the community
No two days are the same—and your support really matters.
What you’ll need:
A full manual driving licence and willingness to drive our service vehicle
A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to support others
No previous care experience required—we’ll give you full training and ongoing support
