Service Advisor required in Penge for Franchised Car Dealership

Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm

Full-time, permanent position with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Duties of the Service Advisor role:
Managing customer service workflows and appointment scheduling
Advising customers on vehicle repairs and services
Preparing quotations and explaining vehicle repair costs
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to ensure service delivery standards are met Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
