Senior Director, Product Marketing, Cambridge

We have a newly created opportunity at Arm for a Senior Director, Product Marketing within the Arm product marketing team. This person will report to our VP Product Marketing and be responsible for exploring new technology areas for Arm and building a team delivering complete marketing plans across the entire technology area for AI. You will be involved in driving a number of activities within the team and more broadly across the organisation.

As a member of the Product Marketing leadership team you will provide guidance to correctly align the business strategies with market opportunities along with helping develop processes to drive our future business planning.

We are looking for a creative individual with the ability to combine technical understanding of both hardware and software with marketing skills to enable the product marketing team to shape technical and commercial opportunities into corporate and product strategies!

Responsibilities: You will explore and then define the marketing strategy for Arm's AI technology across all of Arm's businesses
You will help craft the product marketing approach for the go to market planning based on Arm's broad base of AI technologies, across Arm's ubiquitous compute platform.
You will build a team to drive the AI marketing strategy in close collaboration with the both the Arm marketing team and the Arm technology groups.
You will lead the marketing team's approach to partner engagement across the value chain of Si Ps, OEMs and OSVs.
International travel, approximately 5 weeks per year.

Required Skills and Experience:

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

You will require a wide understanding of relevant technologies within computing and consumer / cloud electronics such as semiconductors, AI, software and security
You will have experience in leading a worldwide team and developing them to their full potential
You will possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
You will need to be able to demonstrate strategic marketing experience and ability to develop and drive long term business plans
You are experienced in working with customers and partners globally.

'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience: You have gained a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
