A leading management consultancy who specialises in strategy, operations, and technology to (Re)insurers is looking to hire a Senior Consultant who has exposure to Reinsurance Core Systems. You will play a key role in empowering and steering a high-performing team supporting reinsurance clients globally with their core system needs with a focus on working with DXC SICS/Assure Reinsurance. You will be responsible for leading cutting-edge implementations and providing hands-on client support. Your team will support clients to optimise and maintain core processes that are vital to their business, while driving system enhancements that shape the future of reinsurance technology.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
(Re)insurance experience is essential
Be knowledgeable around the core reinsurance systems modules (e.g. SICS P& C, SICS Life, SICS Cede, Assure Re etc) in addition to hands on experience working with the system administration/configurations.
Have a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree (such as an MA, MSc, or MBA) and/or other relevant qualifications considered a plus.
Be hands-on and have experience in target operating model and process design & development, project and stakeholder management as well as have the drive complete the deliverables to the highest standard.
