An Associate Manager role is a fantastic way of joining the business as it enables the successful applicant to work in a number of stores within the area. This will enable the successful applicant a perfect opportunity to work through a substantial training plan which will enable them to succeed when appointed a store. Providing cover throughout the designated area in managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of our stores, from administrative duties to Visual Merchandising. This is a mobile store manager role and gives the manager a chance to be fully operational before moving into a home store. It would also be suitable for someone who would like to experience life in the field or get a taste for how other stores operate. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to come and help influence sales, the team and the Footasylum brand in some of our stores within the South Coast area. There is an established team in place across the area and you will work directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front end retail staff and there are numerous examples of our team members being successfully promoted throughout the company into senior positions. Hampshire (, (listen); postal abbreviation Hants.) is a county in South East England on the English Channel coast. The county town is Winchester, England's former capital city. Its two largest cities, Southampton and Portsmouth, are administered separately as unitary authorities; the rest of the county is governed by Hampshire County Council. With a population of 1.8 million, Hampshire is the most populous ceremonial county in the United Kingdom. Hampshire played a crucial military role in both World Wars. The Isle of Wight, historically part of Hampshire, became a separate ceremonial county in 1974. The county's geography is varied, with upland to 286 metres (938 ft) and mostly south-flowing rivers. There are areas of downland and marsh, and two national parks: the New Forest, and part of the South Downs, which together cover 45 per cent of Hampshire. Hampshire is one of the most affluent counties in the country, with an unemployment rate lower than the national average, and its economy derived from major companies, maritime, agriculture and tourism. Tourist attractions include many seaside resorts, the national parks and the Southampton Boat Show. The county is known as the home of writers Jane Austen and Charles Dickens.
