Tarsus is currently recruiting a Sales and Events Administrator for our Labels Division. If you are an experienced Sales Administrator with an interest in the events industry and are looking for a role that offers great career progression, look no further About the Role: The ideal candidate will be highly organized and well-versed in the use of Excel, and Salesforce or other CRM systems, with a good working knowledge of raising purchase orders and booking international travel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the sales confirmation process in Salesforce Ensure that Salesforce, floorplans and ledgers correspond with one another for all shows and publishing on a weekly basis Entry of orders on Salesforce Maintaining magazine subscription records up to date on Salesforce Keep online websites and floorplans up to date Keep the Sponsorship and Advertising inventory up to date Prepare weekly sales reports Plan and manage event re-book campaigns Manage the sales stand at major exhibitions Create onsite diaries and sales packs for show teams Assist the Marketing./Systems department with managing n200 exhibitor portal links and VIP code sales before exhibitions Raise purchase orders in SAP and liaise with Accounts when necessary Field email and telephone enquiries Complete expense reports for Labels Group MD, Portfolio Director and Strategic Director About You: Essential experience: Strong experience of working in sales administration Experience of preparing weekly reports for management. Experience of coordinating international travel bookings, visa arrangement and raising Purchase Orders Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint Experience of working with a CRM (such as Salesforce) Coordinating international travel bookings, visa arrangement and raising Purchase Orders Skills and abilities: Excellent communication skills The ability to manage a number of projects at the same time and work well under pressure Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to liaise well with customers both on the phone and face to face Team player – ability to deal effectively and confidently with a wide range of people Ability to manipulate data in MS Excel Attention to detail is crucial About Us: Tarsus Group delivers B2B events across the globe along with digital media & industry-focussed publications.
