Based in central London, accessible by public transport. The essence of the role Oversee forecasting, inventory management and stock movements for the UK and EU markets. Facilitating the supply chain and stocking coming into the UK. Reporting to the UK General Manager you will play a pivotal part within a small team. The scope of the role • Generating a demand forecast by sku, by month for each sales channel, and ensuring that the Europe warehouses are holding an appropriate weeks’ stock• Forecast for new items and sundries using appropriate benchmarks and sales goals• Monitoring warehouse and operations costs, suggesting any new ideas• Ensure Fulfilment Manager is processing key account orders, monitoring accuracy and foreseeing any problems• Manage the customer service co-ordinators directly• Build strong internal relationships with EU sales Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Head of Logistics and Retail Manager Prerequisites • Experience working within Cosmetics / personal care• Excellent communication skills• Proven track record in demand planning• In depth knowledge of the sales order processing and inventory cycles• Happy to work in the office 3 days a week Job Number 5178
