Role Overview
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizationsKey Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful permanent placements
Strong networker with a proactive approach
Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment process
