You can rely on us to always do the right thing. We are looking for a creative and confident Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. At One Hundred Shoreditch, our food and beverage offering specialises in high quality, sustainable produce, and focus on making conscious choices in what we purchase and prepare. As Pastry Junior Sous, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the section alongside the Head Pastry Chef. We have various F&B outlets within the hotel, so you can expect to do a wide variety of jobs. These include but are not limited to: Setting up and running the coffee shop section - Early Morning Starts Being responsible for the ordering and making sure prep lists are ready for the next day Supporting the junior members of the team with their lists, ensuring they are working efficiently Sending desserts for events Working on our A La Carte section This would be a great role for somebody looking to take the next step in their career or somebody who is already working as a Junior Sous.
