An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part or fully LPC qualified Paralegal to join this highly prestigious and very well established city law firm based in their Colchester office.

The role will be working within the Securitisation team, so property experience in the legal field would definitely be an advantage, but is not essential.

A sound work ethic and a proactive and ambitious approach are the personality traits that my client is looking for.

Duties as follows:

* To manage your own caseload

* To carry out due diligency procedures as required

* To identify and obtain Titles from the Land Registry

* To carry out pre-completion searches

* To deal effectively with post completion matters

* To provide accurate progress reports as requested by your supervising Solicitor

* To meet monthly billing targets

* To assist other Paralegals within the team as and when required.

* To ensure all work is completed to a high standard
