This well-established law firm is currently recruiting a Civil and/or Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its busy practice in Glasgow. This is a permanent full-time position.
The role will involve handling a broad caseload of high-quality civil and commercial disputes. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider litigation team and senior partners, advising clients on a range of complex matters including both pursuer and defender work. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your files while also contributing to larger team cases and client relationships.
The team is keen to hear from solicitors with minimum 3 years’ PQE and above who have experience in civil and/or commercial litigation, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session work. Exposure to alternative dispute resolution is also valued. The focus is on quality of experience and approach, and those with strong client-handling skills and commercial awareness will be particularly well suited.
