The Sitecore values are what drive and unite us across the globe. About the Role: We are looking to hire a rollout and communications manager for our business transformation/change management program. This is a key position within Sitecore as we look to transform our operations and streamline our processes to scale to a billion dollars in revenue. This role is focused on fostering communications to support change management and will report into the office of Program Management. Ideal location for the job is the London or Dublin area. What You’ll Do: Planning and DevelopmentCreate an overall framework for rolling out the change management program.  This includes the right content structure for rollout, as well as a strategic communications and follow-up framework.  The role will work closely with the program managers in the PMO to develop this frameworkUse the framework to develop and implement the communications plans and tactics for each of the change management initiatives, using multiple channels, to inform, educate, and engage stakeholders, as well as other audiences.  These may include dashboards, status reports, how and why about the change, FAQs etc. Work closely with key stakeholders to finalize the plan before rollout.Work with business process owners and stakeholders to document new business process flows, as needed, to support the planRemain abreast of activities across change management/transformation workstreams to help inform the overall plan Execution of the PlanDevelop appropriate timely communication approaches and support materials to enhance communications of the status of the business transformation/change management initiatives with various stakeholders.Ensure that communications and change management collateral are streamlined, easy to understand, engaging, and aligned to program goalsImplement the multi-audience strategic communications plansSupport senior leadership with communications and presentations regarding transformation/change management initiatives, including anticipating and solving communication challenges for internal stakeholdersServe as day-to-day point-of-contact for transformation/change management initiativeReporting and ImprovementMeasure effectiveness of communications and change activities and use feedback to improve future effortsCoordinate all Program related reporting & communications with cross-functional groupsEvaluate training and learning needs, based on the feedback from stakeholders, and make recommendations to the managementWhat You Need to Succeed Strong Communications experience in business transformation or change management programs requiredSome experience as a change management lead preferredBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferredAbility to speak multiple languages would be advantageous Excellent planning, facilitation, and presentation skillsAbility to capture key messages and convey important details in messages and communicationsProven ability to think strategically and consider multiple stakeholder groups when crafting change and communications collateralExperience creating engaging presentations, emails, and other contentHigh-level of flexibility with the ability to absorb new information and adapt to change quicklyAbility to work independently and interact effectively with all organizational levelsMotivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independentlyProven ability to build strong relationships with internal colleaguesWhy you should click ‘Apply’: Growth!
