Our client, a global, strategic communications consultancy specialising in technology communications require a Digital Manager to join their thriving team.

They are looking for someone with a proven track record in driving digital and social plans and campaigns across all channels - gained client or agency side. You will also have good project management skills and the ability to work across a number of internal and external stakeholders to drive ideas, innovation and build strong relationships. This role will report into the Digital Programme Director, working side by side with our other digital, paid media and data specialists, and supporting junior team members and peers across the wider business. You will work across B2B & B2C clients, delivering on the strategy, development, and execution of digital campaigns across Account Based Marketing (ABM), Alliances and Channel, and Demand Generation.

Have an understanding of the products and services available within the business, in order to consistently think outside of plans to give your clients new and exciting ideas for campaigns that will hit business objectives and grow accounts organically
Be curious; always be in a state of 'discovery', confidently asking strategic questions (to internal teams or clients directly); help uncover opportunities for organic growth; ultimately building stronger client relationships based on trust and an understanding of their industry and business
Be proactive in putting yourself forwards for new business and agency opportunities in order to develop your own profile and areas of expertise within the business
Be ready and willing to share your pool of knowledge to upskill colleagues and clients around anything digital
Help develop organic growth proposals, plans and scopes for digital activitiesDeliver the best (internal and external) client experiences

Keep your finger on the pulse of new developments in the digital world - new platforms, features, and best practices
Have strong project management skills; be a master at juggling a number of projects at once
Have a results-focused approach to your work; ensuring clients are delighted by meeting, if not exceeding, deliverables
Lead on day-to-day digital operations across a number of platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Data Studio)
Confidently use tools to develop strategic insights and research to influence digital campaigns
Lead on development of email marketing campaigns; including planning, set-up and testing
Analyse campaign results; tracking and measuring against set metrics and recommendations for future activity
Collaborate with the Creative Hub in selecting the best formats and channels to tackle campaign objectives; influence and steer creative which supports digital campaigns and activity
Work closely with senior members of the Activation Hub to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans; support with research, channel selection, KPI setting, etc. to plan projects within budget
Keep wider client team updated on progress and performance to ensure client expectations are managed properly; identify and manage any risk or challenges
Have experience using project management tools ((url removed), Asana, etc.) to keep projects on track
Manage external contractors and wider team to ensure they produce to a high standard and on deadline

Experience working within a digital environment, ideally within the innovation, tech or B2B space
A genuine interest in technology
Experience of delivering digital strategy and execution
Highly knowledgeable of the current social media and digital landscape
Experience working in close collaboration with internal teams and departments
Understanding of paid media landscape, tools and best practices (search, display, social)
Accomplished in social media management and measurement tools
Experience in setting up and building email marketing campaigns
Experience in web development - managing third parties, wireframing, testing, etc.
Experience building and managing data dashboards
Comfortable with reporting and telling a story to clients using data/social results
Confident in contributing towards new business opportunities
Superb client relationship and presentation skills
Strategic and innovative thinking, both for clients and the agency
Excellent written and communication skills
