Job Description Summary: A Sisua manager is an experienced professional with significant experience in one or more disciplines / sectors. They are comfortable working directly into senior client stakeholders and have experience of managing the formal side of these relationships. In addition, they demonstrate exemplary behaviours when leading teams to deliver medium/large scale projects and understand the need to support more junior members of the team. As a senior representative of Sisua working closely with our clients, it is critical that our managers are expert communicators, with the ability to tailor their approach to different audiences. Managers are expected to support with promoting Sisua capabilities with clients and a drive to build strong and lasting relationships is essential. This is a role that will suit someone who thrives in uncertain environments and looks to meet challenges by developing new skills and building consensus. Key Responsibilities: Managing medium - large projects (>£1m budget) or; Supporting senior leadership to deliver larger projects/programmes or; Contributing support or expertise to projects of any size. Accountable for any risks/issues on projects that are being led Commitment to high quality outputs and engagement in Sisua quality assurance process Engaging with the Sisua management team and fellow consultants to develop services, products and internal projects Key Skills: Relationships Excellent active listening skills and empathy necessary to glean client challenges from conversations and written communications Very strong networking skills and has already invested significant time/energy into building and maintaining a professional network. Has already or is interested in developing lasting relationships with clients, peers and junior team members. Delivery Very strong project management skills and can lead engagements with minimal oversight Very strong analysis skills and confidence using tools such as MS Excel Pro-active approach to identifying and solving problems and works to bring others into the conversation when required. Competent with core MS Office applications (Teams / Outlook / Word / PPoint) Focus on professionalism in terms of time keeping, following through on commitments, client-centricity Developing self and others Has demonstrated a depth of knowledge and understanding in a specific capability or sector Looks for ways to develop and support others and share knowledge / experience Building and maintaining a learning and development plan that aligns with aspirations of the consultant and Sisua Business Development Demonstrates an understanding of how a consulting business works Can contribute to internal discussions that involve sales / marketing type topics Is conscientious in identifying opportunities for Sisua to make new contacts and/or have useful discussions with existing clients Experience: Essential 3-5 years in a consulting environment Desirable 5-10 years in a consulting environment Considerable exposure to either technical or business change type projects Qualifications: Essential A-Level or equivalent in Maths or English Desirable Degree or equivalent qualification Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or similar) or; Business Analysis qualification (ISEB or similar) or; Change Management qualification (PROSCI or similar) or; Other professional qualification
