Position: International Sales Lead
Package: £70,-£80, +Bonus +Benefits

Lime Talent is partnering with a fast-scaling consumer brand that’s successfully built strong momentum in the UK and is now focused on accelerating international growth across international markets.
This is a senior, high-impact role with full ownership of international retail performance. You’ll lead expansion strategy, manage distributors and key retail relationships, and take responsibility for commercial outcomes as the business scales across multiple markets.

The role Own and deliver the international retail strategy across international markets
Lead relationships with distributor partners and key retail accounts
Full responsibility for forecasts, P&L and commercial negotiations
Drive ambitious growth targets across multiple regions
Build and develop an international sales team as the business expands
Track market and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities
Use retailer and market data to inform decision-making
Represent the business at international trade events and senior meetings
Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver strong retail plans
About you Previous experience in a senior sales role within FMCG
Proven track record of building retailer relationships and driving growth
Experience working across European markets
European language skills would be beneficial
Commercially sharp with strong analytical capability
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Confident communicator who can influence internally and externally
