Casual Retail Stocktaking Supervisor
About Us : Orridge, a leading stocktaking provider to Retail, Supply Chain, and Pharmacy, is seeking a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor to join our successful team. As a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor, you will manage a team of stocktakers on client premises while conducting stocktakes. Full training will be provided, and no prior stocktake experience is required.
Position Details:
Location: Birmingham
Standard Hourly Rate: £12.80
Bonus Scheme: Up to £360 per month
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues, providing guidance, training, and support.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
Conduct stocktakes using our bespoke stocktaking system.
Liaise with clients throughout the stocktake process.
Follow client-specific procedures and meet service level agreements.
Mentor new stocktakers and address any queries related to stocktaking.
Achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
Deliver accurate electronic count data and supporting information on time.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Preferred Skills: Previous supervisory experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a busy workload.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Flexibility.
Full driving license.
Additional Notes: Manual handling and working at height activities are part of the role.
Travel to different locations within the region is required.
