Non Stop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed charity in Billericay. I am looking for advanced practitioner for their fostering well-balanced team.

Responsibilities
The advanced practitioner has responsibility to provide supervision to 2-3 social workers(SSWs) and also hold a caseload of maximum 4 carers.
You will support supervising social workers in their day to day tasks in order to ensure excellence and work along side Registered Manager to deliver goals and high-standard level of care.

– you are a Qualified Social Worker
– you have at least 3 years of experience in fostering or related field
– some supervisory experience would be welcome
