About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic to join our busy workshop team. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle inspections, working strictly to manufacturer specifications . This role is ideal for a technician with proven experience, strong technical knowledge, and a professional approach. A 4-day working week option is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities


Perform routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs


Diagnose faults using manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment


Carry out vehicle inspections and scheduled maintenance




Maintain accurate job cards and service records


Ensure all work meets manufacturer, safety, and quality standards


Work efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines




Support excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery


About You


Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic


Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification preferred




MOT Testing qualification advantageous




Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills


Reliable, professional, and detail-focused with a stable employment history




Full UK driving licence




Own tools required
