We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to align with the EMEA Sales and Marketing team supporting the UK market, preferably the successful candidate would live in the United Kingdom.
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high-impact field programs to fill the funnel and accelerate to close. This position requires the management and full execution of a unique blend of events and integrated marketing campaigns, plus a love of data and analytics. Reporting to the Marketing Director, EMEA, the ideal candidate is a modern marketer who has a demonstrated track record of upmarket pipeline generation and deal acceleration programs.
This person will work very closely with the sales team to understand their regional needs and will eventually know the top prospects of each team member and tailor marketing programs accordingly!

This position is a full-time, remote position that will be responsible for covering the UK market. Candidates already located in the UK are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Build, execute, and measure quarterly Field Marketing plans that include in-person events, webinars, and integrated campaigns. Align with the EMEA Sales Team to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
Develop and execute demand generation programs that include paid and owned media, content creation, digital campaigns, and partnerships with relevant third parties and publications.
Deliver Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to the sales team’s top accounts.
Understand and align with internal systems, such as lead scoring and nurturing, campaign creation and tracking, pipeline generation, and deal acceleration.
Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows and networking events in the UK.
Work with trade and networking organizations for the UK market
Analyze program results and optimize as needed.
Maintain ongoing communications with the Sales, Field Marketing peers, and cross-functional teams, as necessary.
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their goals, align on planning, and obtain buy-in for field marketing programs.
Design, tailor, and execute on new and existing channel partner marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and mutual revenue growth.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
A minimum of five years of software/technology field marketing experience, preferably with Saa S companies serving the Manufacturing sector
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
Knowledge of Marketo or Hub Spot, Salesforce, and other Mar Tech is preferred
Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to be creative, efficient, and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal & written) in English
Ability to travel up to 30%
Additional Information Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus.
