We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Applications Engineer based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary Of The Senior Applications Engineer Role
Salary: £48,000-£52,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Thursday 8:30 am‑4:45 pm; Friday 8:30 am‑1:30 pm
Responsibilities of the Senior Applications Engineer
Lead selection of bespoke pumping equipment
Preparation and delivery of quotations for large‑scale pumping systems
Provide technical expertise during the quotation process
Support the Commercial Manager
Maintain up‑to‑date data recording systems
Provide technical support
Requirements For a Successful Senior Applications Engineer
HND in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in pump selection
Experience in preparing and delivering quotations
Experience in the wastewater industry or similar sectors
Experience working within an ISO quality system
Proficient in pump selection software and technical tools
