The Payload (Pay & Perks)
Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE (High basic + performance bonuses). Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a fair team rota. The Bay: Modern, fully equipped MOT lane with the latest DVSA-connected equipment. The Goods: Private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection. What You Will Be Doing
Expert Testing: Conducting MOT tests across multiple classes (Class 4 is essential, Class 1, 2, 5, or 7 is a bonus). Compliance: Maintaining accurate, digital records and ensuring 100% DVSA compliance. Communication: Giving clear, honest advice to customers—we only do the work that is agreed. Collaboration: Working alongside our technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient workshop flow. Safety First: Ensuring every vehicle that leaves our bay is genuinely safe for the East Sussex roads.

Qualifications: You hold a Valid MOT Testing Licence (Class 4 required). Experience: You have a proven track record of testing in a DVSA-approved environment. Mindset: You are reliable, detail-focused, and have a professional "can-do" attitude. License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
