What You ll Be Doing Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance. Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment. Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance. Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects. Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
What We re Looking For: Mechanically qualified ideally to HND level. Proven track record in managing maintenance within heavy engineering sectors such as: Recycling Power generation Waste treatment Quarrying Steel processing Oil & gas Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
