Responsibilities: Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions Lead shifts and assist with coaching and inducting of new staff to the service. Make a positive contribution to the lives of others Follow Health and Safety Guidelines & Procedures - Keeping yourself and others safe Write daily reports on activities, devise and update care plans and undertake risk assessments for the people we support.     Shrewsbury ( (listen) SHROHZ-bree, (listen) SHROOZ-) is a large market town and the county town of Shropshire, England. The town is on the River Severn, 150 miles (240 km) north-west of London, and the 2011 census recorded a population of 71,715.The town centre has a largely-unspoilt medieval street plan and over 660 listed buildings, including several examples of timber framing from the 15th and 16th centuries.
