What would I be doing day to day?
Please note, part-time EA to CFO & General Counsel position, ongoing temp for 3 days a week.
Who am I supporting: EA to CFO & General Counsel
Key duties:
Complex diary management.
International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
Processing expenses and invoices.
Scheudling meetings and supporting on board meetings
Supportign with process improvements
managing town halls and presentation materials
Creating POs
Assisting with event organisation.
Ad hoc admin responsibilities.
What is the company looking for? Ideally you will have proven EA experience, supporting at a senior level, and be immediatley available
Ideally you will have experience within professional services
Experience within a very fast paced, busy environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A very strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Great time management skills.
