Through our world-class employees, partnerships and services capabilities, we empower clients with innovative technology solutions to help their businesses run smarter.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Advise internal clients ( sales, HR, finance, operations, marketing and service delivery teams) and senior management on legal issues and risks, complex agreement structures, approval processes, company policies and procedures, intellectual property, negotiation strategy, compliance with laws, regulations, and customer and partner contractsBeing responsive to legal requests from internal clients, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and recommendations that can be clearly understood and acted uponEnsuring broad legal compliance including with data protection legislation (GDPR)Assist with legal research and projects as directed, including managing legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, compliance training, Human Resources matters, and handling pre-litigation legal disputesWork largely autonomously, relying on experience and judgment to assist the business in accomplishing its goals while also working to protect Insight\'s legal interests and ensuring complianceAdvice HR with legal issues and casesAnforderungsprofilThe successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer and will be likely to have 4-8 years of relevant post-qualificationThe successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer and will be likely to have 4-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with training at a top-tier law firm and/or in an in-house legal position at a leading national, or multi-national (preferably) technology companyT hey must be a fluent Dutch speaker and be able to carry out all responsibilities in both Dutch and English or German and English.
