In the next 6 months you will become an expert in the day to day operational functions of Pollen and Pollen White label campaigns. You will be the integral cog between functional lines including client success & community to ensure our members have all the correct tools and information required to sell the maximum number of tickets

During the peak summer season you will assist the team to ensure our members and their customers have a smooth experience attending the events they sell to. You will develop a strong relationship with your account managers ensuring they can fulfill our clients needs efficiently and learning valuable skills on how to manage clients operationally day to day.

  • Master the processes and tools to set up, manage and support for Pollen & our white label product.
  • Be the initial line of support for troubleshooting and triaging product support issues to ensure revenue impacting issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Ensure internal tools such as Salesforce are maintained and managed daily to ensure detailed information is shared cross functionally and ensure account managers are given the support they need.
  • Become the key line of support for Program Operations coordinators in an array of tasks supplied through Service Desk & larger projects including but not limited to: Content changes, design changes, ticket price updates, stock management & data organisation.
  • Constantly identify, solve and report issues & feedback to the wider team, ensuring issues are tracked and solved efficiently. This includes content issues & functional issues affecting customers/ members/ clients & ambassadors.
  • Learn to manage the priority and status of tasks reported internally & externally to ensure any revenue affective issues are solved quickly whilst using Program operations support to assist with tasks.
  • Own responsibility of ensuring processes which are used across product lines work efficiently and accurately. This includes identifying & implementing new processes and ensuring their upkeep to support the commercial team.
  • Support product, community team & leadership team to identify issues and optimise the platform to constantly improve user experience. Including strategising potential areas and opportunities to boost user experience.
  • Own the responsibility of maintaining functional processes day to day.
  • Act as a day to day support role for Program operations coordinators including ensuring their work is QA’d regularly and ensuring they have all the tools required to run successful campaigns.
  • You will master the process of dispatching tickets and own the responsibility for our largest clients whilst assisting coordinators in their daily dispatch of tickets.
  • You will assist Pollen account managers in managing and maintaining client relationships and solving issues efficiently to ensure all operational aspects of a campaign are solved efficiently.
