Product Implementation Specialist Who are we? Planixs are looking to recruit a Product Implementation Specialist, who wants to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, implementing market leading solutions primarily into Financial Service organisations. This role will see you taking responsibility for developing a scalable, second-line implementation analyst capability and developing product specialist knowledge to support our implementations, channels and strategic pillars. You will have indirect responsibility for successful implementation of Planixs’s Software Solutions to client(s). Therefore, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective client relationships are key as you are expected to act as the face of the supplier. You will have the opportunity to drive the accelerating growth of this function which is key to the success of both clients and Planixs. Key Responsibilities: Client Management Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties whilst supporting the Client Implementation Lead Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Escalate risks, issues, challenges, and commercial matters to management Product Implementation Analysis Able to develop understanding of how Realiti Application works Triaging issues using insights and following processes Logical process of analysis and timely requests to escalate or seek third line assistance Recognises for client that their challenge is critical and that they need to be supported and communicated with appropriately throughout the analysis and solution process. Communication Facilitates team and client meetings effectively Effectively communicates accurate and relevant project information to the management line Contributes to regular status meetings with project team Understands how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully Skills and Experience: Implementation Understanding Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design Understands systems development methodologies, particularly Agile Development Teamwork and Leadership Inspires co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence while consistently acknowledging each team member's contributions Experience with managing other colleagues including on client site Contributes to a positive team dynamic and motivates others to do the same Strong can-do attitude and comfortable with consistently setting the standards required Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members Mitigates team conflict and communication problems Industry Understanding Ideally has knowledge of the structures, products, systems and processes for cash and liquidity management within a bank Ideally understands message types including SWIFT and APIs to hey venues Shows appreciation of typical application and technical architectures used in such organisations Understands data architectures and types of data used in such organisations Understands how products interact within ecosystem of banks Understands roles and responsibilities of Internal Business and IT units within such organisations Ideally a Senior Business Analyst from a product implementation background with at least 5years experience For more information please contact HR Manager, Jenny Stockton-Pugh Jennny.stockton-pughplanixs.com Planixs | Vacancies
