Planixs are looking to recruit a Product Implementation Specialist, who wants to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, implementing market leading solutions primarily into Financial Service organisations. This role will see you taking responsibility for developing a scalable, second-line implementation analyst capability and developing product specialist knowledge to support our implementations, channels and strategic pillars. You will have indirect responsibility for successful implementation of Planixs’s Software Solutions to client(s). Therefore, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective client relationships are key as you are expected to act as the face of the supplier. You will have the opportunity to drive the accelerating growth of this function which is key to the success of both clients and Planixs. Key Responsibilities: Client Management Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties whilst supporting the Client Implementation Lead Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Escalate risks, issues, challenges, and commercial matters to management Product Implementation Analysis Able to develop understanding of how Realiti Application works Triaging issues using insights and following processes Logical process of analysis and timely requests to escalate or seek third line assistance Recognises for client that their challenge is critical and that they need to be supported and communicated with appropriately throughout the analysis and solution process.
