The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing in-depth Identity and Access Management technical input into architecture engagements working cross-functionally to understand client needs and provide detailed advice on appropriate IAM technology solutions. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion and being able to switch between high level advisory capability and hands on implementation Responsibilities Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion, providing leadership and management in projects and operating as a project / initiatives governance design authority and decision point Discover and analyse customer needs in the context of the customer’s broader business aims and objectives by taking input from stakeholders and users Collaborate with business users to propose and design IAM solutions in both green and brownfield environments which create architecture in alignment with business need Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions Make a positive contribution to ProofID’s design practice Contribute to ProofID’ s business success and pipeline Continuously develop self and others Qualifications 5 years' of relevant experience - this is likely to be centered around extensive knowledge and experience of OAuth, SAML, OpenIDConnect, Active Directory - knowledge of the Ping stack is highly desirable but it's more important that IAM principles and protocols are understood - you may have experience in the identity technology of ForgeRock, Okta, SailPoint etc. Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions and standards (e.g. TOGAF) Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to lead with authority on technical issues Ability to demonstrate and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences The appointment salary for this role will reflect the skills and experience level of the successful candidates.
