An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our fantastic Human Resources team based at our head office in Woking. This role currently includes a mixture of office based for a minimum of 3 days per weeks and the option to be homebased for two days.
We are offering a salary up to £23,000 depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to grow your career within HR this could be your first step…You will gain valuable experience within a fast-moving business which supports personal development. Working closely with the HR team, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally.
Please note this is initially a 6 month fixed term contract
What the Role Involves:
* Administration support to the HR Coordinators and HR Manager
* Managing the central Human Resources email inbox
* Processing new starter documentation including contracts and links for DBS checks
* Assisting new and existing employees with any DBS queries
* Producing any documents or HR letters in line with legislation to a high standard
* First point of contact for routine HR matters.
* Supporting both the Learning and Development Advisor and Resourcing Manager with administration tasks and first line enquiries where needed.
What we are looking for...
* At least 12 months experience as an HR administrator role or similar
* Have great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong customer focus
* A positive outlook with a great can-do attitude, quick to learn new skills
* Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
