Head Chef - Hands-On Leadership

Location: Hoar Cross Hall,
Staffordshire
Responsible To: Executive Chef
and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a hands-on,
operational role where you’ll be working side by side with your team, setting
the standard in both service and quality.
responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistency,
efficiency, and exceptional food standards. You’ll lead by example, training
and motivating your team, managing stock and costs, and delivering outstanding
dining experiences for our guests and colleagues.
