There are more than 4 million limited companies registered in the UK, and last year over 600,000 new companies were incorporated with us. Who we are: We're an executive agency of the UK Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS). We have over 1,000 employees based in 4 offices, Cardiff, London, Edinburgh and Belfast. Our responsibilities: Our main responsibilities are to: - incorporate and dissolve limited companies - examine and store all company information required by law given to us - make all information given to us available to the public in the official government register of UK companies
