Berkshire based law firm are looking to take on an experienced family law solicitor on a consultancy basis due to an increased amount of work coming into the firm. Initially, this is a part-time role although hours could increase if wanted should the workload build up. This is an ongoing role and the firm are set up for the successful candidate to be able to work completely remotely.
Role:
Role involves managing a caseload consisting of private family law matters only including financial remedy.
Candidate specifications:
·Ideally at least 5 years PQE
·Ability to run a full caseload of complex private family matters unsupervised
·Ideally a member of resolution
The firm are looking for experienced candidates available for an immediate start if possible and are ideally looking to pay either on a generous fee share arrangement or consultancy.
