About the Job
As Senior Model Booker, you’ll oversee casting across our e Commerce and campaign shoots, ensuring each model reflects the identity and customer of our Wholly Owned Brands. You’ll manage the end-to-end booking process, develop strong agency relationships, and continually evolve our talent boards to keep our brands relevant, diverse, and forward-looking.
Oversee model bookings (predominantly womenswear) across both e Commerce and campaign projects, managing the model rota and introducing new talent
Coordinate and schedule daily e Commerce model bookings, while partnering with the creative team to support campaign casting and production
Manage client and booking enquiries from start to finish, ensuring a seamless process for all model assignments
Handle all logistical arrangements, including scheduling, travel, and accommodation for models
Select appropriate models for each project, demonstrating a deep understanding of each brand’s aesthetic and target customer
Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, emerging talent, and casting directions to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation
Develop and expand each brand’s model board by introducing new faces weekly, continually evolving the aesthetic and representation across the portfolio
Organize and lead castings and test shoots for new faces, ensuring a steady pipeline of diverse and on‑brand talent
Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to future‑prove talent strategy across both campaign and e Commerce channels
Scout new talent through innovative programs and partnerships, ensuring we remain ahead of competitors in identifying and securing standout models
Build a clear creative casting process, using brand insights to align model selection with customer profiles and aesthetic standards across all visual content
Stay attuned to each brand’s customer base, ensuring consistent and inclusive representation across all digital and campaign imagery
Take full ownership of the models you book, working with the studio team to maximize performance, maintain consistency, and nurture professional growth
Strengthen and manage relationships with international model agencies, ensuring all partners uphold our standards and contribute to our reputation for excellence
Maintain an in‑depth understanding of budgets and rate structures, enabling confident and effective negotiation with agencies
Maintain clear call sheets and all booking forms needed when confirming talent with agents
Sufficient experience in model booking, ideally within an agency, inhouse at a brand or another studio
Proven track record of strong existing relationships with top modeling agencies
Comprehensive understanding of shoot production within a commercial setting
Genuine passion for models and a solid grasp of commercial customer model profiles
In‑depth knowledge of the modeling industry, current social trends, and how these align with Next WOB brand customer profiles to inform effective model selection
Exceptional negotiation skills with confidence in managing contracts, usage rights, and block bookings
Experience in children’s casting and animal casting is preferable
