What the job involves Originating deals by chatting to advisors, screening leads and evaluating new investment opportunities Running the deal execution process including due diligence, financial and investment modelling, market research, project management and legal documentation process Managing deal pipeline reporting and analysis Working closely with portfolio management teams to ensure on-going value creation and strategy implementation Building and managing key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally Who we are looking for University degree Experience in an M&A, transaction services, restructuring or debt advisory team from an accounting firm or boutique advisory Strong interest in lower-mid market investing Previous exposure to private equity is helpful, but not a requirement You have an entrepreneurial mind-set Hands-on, pragmatic and goal-oriented You have excellent communication and presentation skills The ideal candidate would also be a chartered accountant
