We're looking for one final BDR superstar to join our mission to become the most successful UK-born FinTech. Do you have what it takes to be considered "world-class"? £40k base comms, £100k OTE - the skies really are the limits VOLOPA supercharges business bank accounts providing real-time company spending controls for our clients via our clever prepaid smartcards, plus a quicker, faster and more cost-effective way to pay directly to a bank account overseas - all from your desktop or our intelligent mobile app. About the role We require a Business Development Representative (BDR) to seek and close new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas and well as being able to close leads we provide. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. The role is hybrid and will comprise a mixture of WFH and working from our London office. Responsibilities Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, sales opportunities, and lead management. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. Present our company to potential clients. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives. Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results. Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Requirements 3 years work experience as a Salesperson, BDR or similar role Track record of achieving sales quotas. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot) Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
