Role type: Full-time or 4 days per week
Enjoy Education is seeking an exceptional Director of Client Services to join our Senior Leadership Team and take full strategic ownership of client delivery, service quality, and operational performance across our core services: Homeschooling, Private Tuition, and Tutor Partnerships.
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced operator who thrives in complex, high-expectation environments and is motivated by building world-class delivery at scale for UHNW families and international clients.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Client Services will:
Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring consistency, excellence, and a premium experience across all service lines
Lead and develop senior delivery leaders across Homeschooling, Private Tuition and Tutor Partnerships
Shape and execute Enjoy Education’s long-term operational strategy, including operating models, quality assurance frameworks, safeguarding governance, and systems
Act as the senior escalation point for complex, high-risk or reputationally sensitive cases
Partner closely with the CEO, Commercial Director and Finance Director to align delivery, growth and financial performance
Lead organisation-wide transformation initiatives, including CRM and workflow optimisation
Hold accountability for delivery-side P&L, margin performance and operational efficiency
Who We’re Looking For
You will be a proven senior leader with:
Director-level (or equivalent) experience leading multi-team, service-led organisations
Deep understanding of the independent education sector and premium education services
Extensive experience working with UHNW families or similarly high-expectation private clients
A strong track record of organisational transformation, operating model design, and capability building
Confidence leading leaders, influencing at board or C-suite level, and making sound judgement calls in high-pressure situations
Robust experience in safeguarding governance, quality assurance, and risk management
Commercial acumen, including margin optimisation and operational financial oversight
