A local authority is seeking an Interim Asset Intelligence Officer to support the effective use of asset data and insight across its housing portfolio. Your new role

Develop, maintain, and analyse asset data to support strategic and operational decision‑making
Provide clear insight on asset performance, condition, utilisation, and risk
Support estates and asset management teams with evidence‑based reporting and analysis
Contribute to capital planning, investment prioritisation, and business cases
Improve data quality, consistency, andernance across asset systems
Produce dashboards, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders
Work collaboratively with estates, finance, and service teams
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in asset intelligence, asset management, estates data, or related analytical roles
Experience working within localernment or the public sector (highly desirable)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight
Confident working with asset management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Able to engage andmunicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders
