Our London office is currently recruiting for a Associate. As well as the relevant skills and experience, we're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do. We are a highly respected, top tier general banking and finance practice that covers a wide range of areas, in particular corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset based lending, oil and gas/ reserves based lending, trade finance, emerging market financing and telecoms finance.

We regularly act for major banks, credit funds, financial institutions and other debt providers, corporate borrowers, financial advisers and private equity sponsors on a range of matters. Our global footprint enables us to cover the full spectrum of local law and multi-jurisdictional advice across our key industry sectors: financial institutions; energy; infrastructure, mining and commodities; transport; technology and innovation; and life sciences and healthcare.
