Based in our offices just outside Bournemouth, this Monday to Friday role puts you at the forefront of our sales cycle. Without using scripts, you’ll speak to prospective customers and build successful relationships with key decision makers by discussing their business strategyand how Bistechcanhelp them to achieve it. With 95% of our customers renewing their contracts year on year, ourfocus is always on building strategic long term partnerships with businesses we can genuinely help.
This is a role with fantastic earning and progression potential. Previous sales experience isn’t essential, however for those who do have some experience or excel in the role, there’s the potential to be fast-tracked into Field Sales or Account Management after your initial 6 month training period.
In addition to role-specific training, we also provide ongoing self-development opportunities in areas of negotiation, positive language, assertiveness, and other soft skills.
The role
Confidently engage with Directors and key decision makers to truly understand their business and what drives them
Build successful B2B relationships in order to book meetings for our sales team
Achieve KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
Research target vertical markets and become an expert in your field
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication skills
Ambition, tenacity and confidence in making outbound calls
A team player with a positive attitude
A real enthusiasm for business and the drive to build a successful career, previous sales experience is not essential
