Purchase Ledger Assistant- Full Time- Permanent- Diss - £21,000per annum

Hales Group are seeking an experienced purchase ledger assistant to join our clients busy growing accountancy team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday flexible times (37.5 hours per week)

Full accountancy qualification funding is offered as standard.

Main Duties Include:

•Ensure all invoices received are approved

•Code and post invoices/credit notes

•Purchase order processing and matching

•Query resolution

•Supplier Statement Reconciliation

•Liaising with a range of external suppliers

•Meeting deadlines

Key Requirements Include:

•Experience within purchase ledger

•Knowledge of Sage accounts or data capture

•Ability to work under pressure;

•A confident and effective communicator

•Excel knowledge

•Able to work on own initiative

•Good telephone skills
