We are currently looking for a HR, Payroll & Site Administrator to join us at our ‘The Entertainer’ site in Banbury, to provide a flexible and efficient administrative service to the HR & Finance departments. You don’t need to have a CIPD or AAT to apply for this position, however we will support you to gain these qualifications if you would like them.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 6’ shift pattern, Monday to Saturday, primarily Monday to Friday out of Peak. The hours of work will be 07:30 – 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide accurate and efficient general administrative support to HR and Finance team
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files ensuring legal compliance
Process documentation, handle correspondence, draft HR letters and emails - act as point of contact for staff queries
Raise purchase orders (Oracle), ensuring allocated correctly for account, liaise with suppliers and accounts payable teams and ensure site consumable orders are placed
Undertake daily/weekly checks and reports on T&A system (WFD UKG), raising any discrepancies
Conduct weekly agency payroll checks and raise any discrepancies with agency contacts, complete agency weekly breakdown reports and site costings sheet
Support HR Advisor with recruitment and onboarding
Support with site engagement activities

Proven experience within an Administrative role, ideally within a HR or Finance environment
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Excellent communicator, able to engage others and build long term relationships
