Job Introduction We are seeking a Leadership Framework Development Manager to join our team based across London & Kent (hybrid working) for a fixed term contract until March 2023 (possible extension). You will review, refresh, and implement the Leadership framework strategy, ensuring alignment to our Inclusion Strategyand other organisational strategic goals and activity. You will become a trusted partner and recognise, unify, and utilise key business facets. In doing so you will make the complexsimple, practical, and usable for our Leaders and Managers and produce any revised collateral and guidance. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application; Previous experience with talent management processes and initiatives such as Graduate programme management and talent assessment processes Experienced in supporting people through change Experience of managing performance review processes Be a team player with the ability to articulate examples of collaborating and partnering with others to achieve tangible results Experience of coaching, particularly relating to topics such as performance management Experience of assessing capability and critical gaps on an individual and organisational basis Experience of partnering with stakeholders and using coaching methodology to influence others and reach "value-add" solutions Able to work independently and work using initiative Ideally have some generalist HR experience to enable bigger picture thinking Package Description Southeastern recognises the value of every individual employee and offers benefits that reflect this.
