Job Title: Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
Location: Bromley
Working Pattern: Full-time (Hybrid Working)

Overview:
A well-established, multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a broad caseload while contributing to the continued development of the department.
The Role:
Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
Care proceedings and PLO matters
Private children cases
Domestic abuse matters (including non-molestation and occupation orders)
Divorce and financial matters
Cohabitation and disputes involving unmarried couples
Undertaking advocacy where appropriate
Providing high-quality legal advice and client care
Supporting business development and networking initiatives
Contributing to the growth of private client work alongside legal aid matters Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in family law
Ability to manage a caseload independently
Strong advocacy skills or willingness to develop advocacy experience
Understanding of legal aid and private family work
Proven or potential ability to generate work
Willingness to work towards relevant panel accreditations
