An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Band 2 Clinical Support Worker in the Acute Assessment Unit at Bedford Hospital.
Acute Assessment Unit is the busiest unit in the hospital, responsible for high turn over of patients through the unit enabling flow for the hospital - transferring patients from ED to AAU for further assessment/ treatment intervention, then moving them to the appropriate base ward or discharging them home. We see patients of all specialities with a variety of acute and chronic conditions come through the unit.
We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individuals who are committed to providing a high standard of care to patients in our care on our busy but friendly unit.
We value training and education opportunities and will be encouraging the successful applicants to further their knowledge and learning through undertaking the Care Certificate amongst other trainings set out by the manager and clinical educator.
