As People Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to CCS leadership, aligning people strategy with operational goals and future workforce needs. You will lead on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and organisational development, ensuring our people practices enable high performance and cultural alignment.
You will be an HR professional with experience in a business partnering or senior HR advisory role with a strategic mindset, combined with operational credibility. Experience working with operational or trades-based teams would be advantageous.
Carlisle or Workington (frequent travel to Workington will be required)
